PASTEL HEARTS These large sugar cookies are made with our recipe for Large Cookies, which produces a stronger cookie, less suseptable to crumbling. They are covered with a light Sugar Glaze to which piped Royal Icing, Sparkling Sugar, Sanding Sugar, French Dragées and Party Decoratifs have been added for decoration. These large, fancy, yet delicate cookies offer an elegant alternative to the usual red and white combinations. Cookie recipe and decoration by Jean Galton.
