Cream Cheese Frosting

INDIA TREE CREAM CHEESE FROSTING


Ingredients:

2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup butter, room temperature
2 cups sifted INDIA TREE Fondant & Icing Sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon

fresh lemon or orange zest (optional)

Directions:

Beat cream cheese and butter until light and fluffy. Mix in the vanilla extract then gradually stir in the INDIA TREE Fondant & Icing Sugar. Cover and refrigerate until firm enough to spread. Add lemon or orange zest if desired. Refrigerate after use.

NOTES
Tint INDIA TREE Cream Cheese Frosting with INDIA TREE Natural Decorating Colors. Use in conjunction with INDIA TREE Cupcake recipe.
