This super creamy, luxurious ice cream depends on a traditional custard base and the deep, rich flavor of INDIA TREE Dark Muscovado Sugar.

The recipe was originally developed by master chef, Nancy Silverton, and adapted for us by Jean Galton.

With a touch of salt to balance the Dark Muscovado Sugar, this elegant dessert hints of caramel and butterscotch flavors.

Serve it with small, star shaped cookies decorated with Royal Icing and INDIA TREE Bright White Sparkling Sugar.
