Coriander Seed

Coriander is an herb native to western Asia and the Mediterranean, prized both for its seeds and its leaves, which are also known as Chinese parsley or cilantro. Coriander seeds are characterized by a woody, floral fragrance and a mildly sweet and citrusy taste. They can be used to flavor fish, sausages, breads, cakes, cucumber pickles, curries, and chutneys.

Add INDIA TREE Coriander to traditional Asian or Indian curries; combine it with olive oil, lemon juice, and mustard to marinate chicken; bake it into pies with autumn fruits or stir it into a fruit compote; combine it with cumin and celery and stir into a carrot or parsnip soup.
