INDIA TREE GARAM MASALA
Garam Masala is an aromatic spice blend of Persian origin that has become indispensible to northern India cuisine. INDIA TREE Garam Masala is made up of whole cardamom, cloves, cumin, cinnamon, nutmeg, and black pepper, pan roasted together, ground in small batches, then immediately packaged to conserve aroma and flavor.
Garam Masala may be used in a marinade or as an ingredient to flavor chicken, lentils, and rice dishes.
