Vegan Carnival is made without confectioner's glaze – the shellac-based coating some rainbow sprinkles use for shine. This one's plant-based, top to bottom.
About the Colors
Six plant sources – beta-carotene, annatto, vegetable juice, red radish, spirulina, and turmeric – blend into one full rainbow: red, orange, yellow, green, blue, pink, purple, and white.
