Description
Deep saturated violet in a coarse crystal that catches light and holds its shape on frosting. Good on Halloween cupcakes, king cake, and dark chocolate ganache, where paler sugars disappear. Sprinkle it while the frosting is still wet so it sticks.

Sugar, less than 2% of carnauba wax, FD&C Blue 1, and FD&C Red 3.
