Ceylon cinnamon quills with papery layers and gentle spice for teas, baking, and slow infusions.
Known as canela or true Ceylon cinnamon, these papery quills bring gentle spice and aromatic lift. Break to infuse teas and mulled drinks, steep in syrups, or use whole for poaching fruit and slow braises. A refined cinnamon with soft texture and layered flavor.

How to Use
Tea and infusions: 1 stick per mug or 2 sticks per quart. Steep 5–7 minutes; adjust to taste.
Mulled cider or wine: 1–2 sticks per 16 oz (2 cups). Simmer 10–15 minutes; strain.
Spiced syrup: 1 cup sugar + 1 cup water + 1 stick. Simmer 5–8 minutes; steep 15 minutes, strain. Refrigerate up to 2 weeks.
Poaching and braises: 1–2 sticks per quart of liquid. Remove before serving.
Tip: Snap gently to fit smaller vessels and to keep flakes tidy in drinks and desserts.
