How to Use
- Toast & Grind
- 1–2 tsp; toast 30–60 seconds until fragrant, then grind for rubs and blends.
- Pickling Brine
- 1–2 tsp per cup; lightly crack seeds and simmer briefly.
- Tempering (Tadka)
- 1 tsp bloomed in hot oil with cumin/mustard seeds to start dals and sabzi.
