How to Use
Steeping: Crush 5–10 threads, steep in 2 tbsp warm water, milk, or stock for 10–15 minutes. Add liquid to dish.
Paella/Risotto: 10–15 threads for 4 servings. Add steeped liquid near the end of cooking.
Baking: Infuse threads in warm milk or cream before adding to batters or custards.
Tip: A little saffron goes a long way. Always steep first — never add dry to the pot.
