How to Use

1–2 tsp ground or lightly crushed seeds per batch; toast 30–60 sec for extra aroma.

Teas & Infusions
1 tsp per 8 oz boiling water; steep 5–7 min and strain.
Syrups & Poaching
1 tsp per cup simple syrup or poaching liquid; simmer 5 minutes, then strain.
