India Tree Berbere brings a smoldering blend of chili heat, roasted aromatics, and bright citrus lift. Use in lentils, roasted vegetables, braised meats, chili oils, and slow stews for layered warmth and deep complexity.

Cumin, cloves, cardamom, black pepper, allspice, fenugreek, freeze-dried shallots, chiles, ginger, turmeric, ajwain.

How to Use
- Spiced Lentils
- 1–2 tsp per cup; bloom in oil for full depth.
- Roasted Carrots
- Toss with oil and 1–2 tsp before roasting.
- Slow Stews
- 1 Tbsp per quart; add gradually to taste.
- Chili Oils
- Bloom gently in warm oil until aromatic.
