How to Use
- Tagines
- Stir 1–2 tsp into stews or braises.
- Roasted Roots
- Toss 1 Tbsp per pound, adding most at the end.
- Tomato Braises
- ½–1 tsp for warm, aromatic depth.

- 1 tsp per pound of meat or 1 tsp per cup of rice.
