True cinnamon from Sri Lanka, cut long. These are quills for infusing: drop one into a pot of cider, a pan of rice, or a batch of chai, let it work, and lift it out whole when you're done. The flavor is the gentle, floral, faintly citric side of cinnamon.
The 10-inch quills are for large batches and for anything you want to look the part, stood up in a pitcher or laid across a tray. The 6-inch are the everyday size, and you get more of them. Same cinnamon either way.
