Dried Wild Mushrooms
A seasonal blend with layered, savory depth.
India Tree Dried Wild Mushrooms are a rotating blend of foraged varieties including porcini, chanterelle, and morel, selected for their depth of flavor and varied texture. Ideal for risotto, pasta, soups, and sauces, this wild mushroom blend brings a concentrated, savory profile to both simple and composed cooking.
Once rehydrated, the mushrooms add structure and complexity to broths, grain dishes, and reductions. Their soaking liquid can be used as a base for stocks and sauces, delivering a layered, forest-driven depth across a range of preparations.
