Whole cinnamon quills from Indonesia with rich, woody sweetness. Use 6" or 10" sticks to infuse mulled drinks, simmered syrups, and slow-braised dishes.

How to Use
Mulled Cider/Wine: For every 16 oz (2 cups), add 1 stick. Simmer 10–15 minutes; strain.
Spiced Syrup: 1 cup sugar + 1 cup water + 1 stick. Simmer 5–8 minutes; steep off heat 15 minutes, strain. Keeps refrigerated 2 weeks.
Tea/Chai: 1 stick per mug; steep with black tea and milk/sweetener 5–7 minutes.
Poaching/Stews: 1–2 sticks per quart of liquid. Remove before serving.
Tip: Use shorter sticks for single serves; longer sticks for pitchers, décor, and gifting.
