Dried Chanterelle Mushrooms
Golden color with an apricot-toned aroma.
India Tree Dried Chanterelle Mushrooms are selected for their golden color, layered earthy profile, and distinctive apricot-toned aroma. A classic wild mushroom for risotto, pasta, butter sauces, and egg dishes, chanterelles bring a focused depth and a subtle peppered finish to composed cooking.
Once rehydrated, they develop a soft, structured texture that integrates into broths, cream-based sauces, and grain dishes. Their soaking liquid can be reserved to build sauces, enrich soups, or deepen savory bases.
Ingredients
Whole dried chanterelle mushrooms (Cantharellus cibarius).
