How to Use
- Toast & Crush
- 1–2 tsp; toast 30–60 seconds, then crush for sausage, rubs, or blends.
- Tempering (Tadka)
- 1 tsp seeds bloomed in hot oil 10–20 sec; add aromatics and vegetables.
- Baking (Breads & Biscotti)
- 1–2 tsp per loaf or batch; fold in or scatter on tops before baking.
- Tea & Syrups
- 1 tsp per 8 oz boiling water (steep 5–7 min), or simmer in simple syrup and strain.
