Dried Porcini Mushrooms
Deep woodsy aroma with concentrated umami depth.
India Tree Dried Porcini Mushrooms are selected for their deep earthy profile and concentrated savory depth. A classic wild mushroom for risotto, pasta, soups, sauces, and broths, porcini bring a grounded umami base and a distinctly woodsy finish to both simple and composed cooking.
Once rehydrated, they add structure and intensity to braises, grain dishes, and reductions. Their soaking liquid can be reserved and used to build stocks, enrich sauces, or deepen savory bases.
Ingredients
Whole dried porcini mushrooms (Boletus edulis).
