Paloma Blanca is a non-GMO white-kernel popcorn with an even pop and a delicate crunch. White kernels pop white with thin hulls and a clean flavor that takes seasoning well. Cook it your way - heavy pot, air popper, or microwave bowl - then finish with butter and fine sea salt. Works for kettle corn or savory seasoning. Sourced from a single-origin small farm in Central America.

How to Use
- Stovetop
- 2 Tbsp oil and 1/2 cup kernels in a heavy pot. Cover, vent, and shake. When pops are 2–3 seconds apart, remove and season.
- Air Popper
- 1/2 cup kernels or per maker instructions. Toss with melted butter or oil and fine salt while warm.
- Microwave Bowl
- 1/3 cup kernels in a large microwave-safe bowl. Cover loosely with a microwave-safe plate. Cook 2–4 minutes until popping slows.
- Kettle Corn
- For 1/2 cup kernels, stir in 3 Tbsp sugar as popping begins. Shake often. Finish with fine salt.
- Savory
- Try brown butter and flaky salt, olive oil with lemon zest and Aleppo, or garlic ghee with parmesan.
- Storage
- Airtight, cool, and dry. If pops are small, add 1 tsp water to 1 cup kernels, shake, and rest 24 hours.
