Pho Spice

India Tree Pho Spice mix is an enticing blend of six whole spices that give pho, the popular Vietnamese noodle soup, its distinctive flavor. To create this traditional blend, we have combined fennel seed and star anise, coriander seed and cardamom, cinnamon, and cloves.

To flavor pho with these spices, wrap them in muslin or cheesecloth to make an Asian bouquet garni. Simmer them in the broth and remove them before serving.
