Toast briefly, bag in a sachet or tea ball, and simmer gently—then remove to keep flavors clean and bright. Ideal for pho broth (beef or chicken), and equally useful in braises, marinades, or pickling brine.

How to Use
- Pho Broth (Beef/Chicken)
- 1–2 Tbsp per 2 quarts; toast, bag, and simmer 45–90 minutes. Remove before serving.
- Braises & Stocks
- 1 Tbsp per 2 quarts; add early for round, aromatic warmth.
- Marinades
- 1 tsp per cup; lightly crush spices before mixing.
- Pickling & Rice
- 1 tsp per cup brine or cooking liquid; simmer 10 minutes and strain.
